What this website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no web font loaded from a third party and no contact form. Every asset — fonts included — is served from this site's own domain, so loading a page here does not make a request to anyone else.

There are no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond the ordinary cache your browser keeps for any website.

Server logs

This site is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages. The host keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. We do not analyse them, join them to anything, or use them for marketing. Their retention is governed by the host's own policy.

What the business collects when you call

When you book a visit we take your name, a phone number, the service address, and what the appliance is doing. After the visit we keep the written finding, the estimate and the invoice. That is the whole record.

• We keep it to carry out the work and to honour the repair warranty.
• We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
• We share it only with a parts supplier where an order requires it, and then only what the order requires.
• Invoices are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. Service records are kept while the warranty runs and for a reasonable period after, so that a returning fault can be checked against them.

What we never do

• Publish a customer's name, address or photographs without written permission.
• Publish more of a reviewer than a first name and a last initial, which is what each of them agreed to.
• Publish a photograph taken in your home.
• Add you to a mailing list because you called us.
• Record calls.

Your requests

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where an invoice must be retained for tax purposes or where a warranty claim is open. Call +1 (904) 867-2707 and say what you want done.

Children

This is a service business for property owners and occupiers. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
